1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ferroflux's lead generation and digital marketing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Ferroflux provides lead generation and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Lead identification and qualification
  • Multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Social network integration and management
  • Analytics and reporting services
  • Customer support and consultation

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are provided on a per-qualified-lead basis with pricing ranging from $40 to $60 per lead depending on the advertising channel and service level selected. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information and target audience criteria
  • Timely payment of invoices
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Lead Quality and Qualification

We define qualified leads as prospects who meet the specific criteria established in your service agreement and have demonstrated genuine interest in your products or services. Lead qualification standards will be clearly defined before campaign launch.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Ferroflux and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ferroflux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
